The Royal Adelaide Hospital (RAH) is the state’s flagship hospital, providing a comprehensive range of the most complex clinical care to an estimated 85,000 inpatients and 400,000 outpatients each year.

The RAH operates a 24 hour emergency department (ED). It is the complex medical and multi-trauma destination for the state, with senior doctors and nurses on-site around the clock to respond to life-threatening emergencies.
