TIERS (Transform, Inspire, Engage and Redesign Systems) Leadership Program

The TIERS Leadership Program is a bespoke, accelerated 6 month statewide leadership program for senior nurses and midwives. It aims to grow and enhance strategic and operational leadership capability and capacity for individuals to confidently and effectively lead, shape and influence culture, governance, strategy and business operations, by applying and adapting the TIERS Leadership Program learnings within their workplaces to improve patient, team and system outcomes.

The TIERS Leadership builds leadership capability in the context of political acumen, health economics, communication, values and adaptive leadership styles. It provides nursing and midwifery leaders with the opportunity to challenge their thinking, develop a better understanding of how to lead change more effectively, influence a healthful and productive workplace culture and to navigate the complex health landscape.
