The Leigh Creek Health Service is part of the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network.
The service is supported by a fortnightly visiting GP service, once a week pharmacy service, 24/7 emergency medical support and a range of visiting community-based services.

All after-hours calls are diverted to the on-call Clinical Practice Consultant, who will assess your needs. They will provide advice or request to that you attend the clinic, either immediately or at an agreed time.
If you are not able to be treated on-site and require a higher level of care than can be provided at the clinic, you will be transferred to another facility. How you are transferred will depend on the level of and urgency of the care that you require. Transfer arrangements will be made by the Clinical Practice Consultant.
Opening hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
There is parking onsite, including disabled parking.
The building is wheelchair accessible and there are toilets for people with disability. Please ask at Reception.
