The hospital at Cleve and Crestview Hostel are run by the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network.

Cleve Hospital has five inpatient beds, providing emergency, general medicine, post-surgical care, x-ray, rehabilitation and palliative care. There are also three aged care beds within the hospital.

The Crestview Hostel is co-located with the hospital, and provides a homelike setting with 20 rooms.

Community Health and Allied Health services are located in their own premises on the main street, next to the GP practice, and offer an extensive range of services in the community.

Accident and emergency

This is a 24-hour service. When you arrive at accident and emergency, you will be seen by the duty nurse to collect information and assess your illness or injury.

In a medical emergency, it is important that you do not ‘self present’ to hospital.

SA Ambulance Service emergency medical dispatch support officers can provide advanced first-aid advice over the phone while an ambulance is on its way to you.

Cleve has an ambulance service and access to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Car parking

There is parking onsite, including disabled parking.

Disabled access

The building is wheelchair accessible and there are toilets for people with disability. Please ask at Reception.

Visiting hours

General wards: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
