All hospitals in the area work collaboratively to support the patient care needs of the region.
Emergency Department services are not available at this site.
For emergencies please ring 000 or attend the nearest Emergency Department at Modbury Hospital, Mount Barker Hospital or Gawler Health Service.
In a mental health emergency, call 13 14 65.
From 29 May 2023, the Gumeracha District Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Nurse-Led Clinic will provide care for people living in Gumeracha and the Torrens Valley region presenting with urgent, non-emergency care needs.
The clinic provides the local community timely access to urgent, non-emergency care, including access to virtual medical support when required.
This service provides urgent care after hours for illnesses and injuries - similar to those which would be managed at a GP clinic – when patients are unable to see their usual doctor.
This is not an emergency service. In the case of a life-threatening illness or injury, ring 000 or attend your closest emergency department (either Mount Barker, Gawler or Modbury hospitals).
