Allied Health Services at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) consist of a diverse range of occupations providing diagnostic, therapeutic, restorative and preventative services to patients living in the north and north-east of Adelaide.
Our services support the care and rehabilitation of patients in our hospitals by preparing them for their return home. Services are also available to support patients in their home and community settings as outpatients.

Community based assessment and therapy to children developmental delays by focusing on early intervention for children aged between 1-4 years of age
Our Dietitians work collaboratively to create and coordinate care and discharge plans to facilitate transition to the home, community or other health programs.
The Intermediate Care Service (ICS) team works with people with chronic conditions to help them improve their health and wellbeing.
NALHN occupational therapy service promotes health and wellbeing, independence and productivity .
NALHN Physiotherapy service support patients to gain or regain function through direct intervention, education and equipment provision.
NALHN Podiatry service aims to promote foot health for patients by providing assessments and management of foot and ankle conditions
NALHN Social Work service aims to maximise the wellbeing of patients by providing comprehensive situational crisis services
