Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) Adelaide Sexual Health Centre has slightly changed the way we operate:
Consumers are advised there is a recall of all batches of Tenofovir Disoproxil Emtricitabine Mylan 300/200 tablets due to the potential for broken/split tablets. This medication is prescribed for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) by this clinic.
Anyone with unexpired tablets should return them to their pharmacy. Further information is available on the Therapeutic Goods Administration website or contact the clinic on (08) 7117 2800 to discuss.
We have a legal requirement to operate a contact tracing system. This will involve using a QR code or a written record.
