COVID-19 Clinic
The Crystal Brook Medical Practice provides COVID-19 testing.
Please phone the clinic on (08) 8643 2500 prior to presenting at the practice. Phone consults are being offered to reduce virus spread.
Phone assessments will be conducted for suspected COVID-19 cases and drive through for respiratory swab testing. After testing you’ll be asked to return home and self-isolate until we contact you with the results.
If you are experiencing shortness of breath and severe coughing we ask that you present to the Crystal Brook Hospital by car or ambulance.
Please phone the hospital prior to presentation on 8636 1100. Testing is available to people with risk as per SA Health guidelines.
