We'd love to hear from you - Consumer Survey

We’re on a journey to improve the SALHN website to further support patients, cares, families and community members.

We've developed an online survey, asking about your recent experience with the SALHN public-facing website - what worked well, what was hard and what might work better. It focuses on how you access information about services, transport information (bus routes, parking, maps), your care and aftercare and overall usability.

The survey should take about 5 - 10 minutes to complete, and your results will remain anonymous. Thank you in advance.

Text message notification trial

The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is trialling a new automated text messaging system to help keep outpatient appointment waitlists as accurate and up to date as possible.

If you are a patient on a SALHN waitlist, you may receive a text message to confirm you still need an appointment. You may also receive reminder messages confirming any booked appointments one week before, and the day before, your appointment.

Thank you for your support as we test this new system that aims to continuously improve our services, reduce wait times, and ensure appointments are available to those who need them.
