Registration as a drinking water provider
All new drinking water providers must register with SA Health and implement a risk management plan prior to commencing supply.
There is no fee for Registration.
You will need to have your risk management plan completed to accompany your registration.
- Registration with adoption of a standard risk management plan (DOC 371KB)
- Registration with approval of a custom risk management plan (DOC 367KB)
Visit the risk management plan web page to determine which type of risk management plan is suitable for use with your water supply.
All forms are to be submitted to SA Health's Water Quality Unit.
Changing registration details
If you are already registered with SA Health and need to change your details, contact the Water Quality Unit.
Cancellation of registration
If you wish to cancel your registration, submit the cancellation of registration form (DOCX 304KB) to SA Health's Water Quality Unit within 14 days.
Once processed, your details will be removed from the current list of drinking water providers.
