Adelaide Sexual Health Centre (formerly Clinic 275) provides a free and confidential specialist sexual health service for South Australia. This includes medical consultations and advice, testing and treatment for all sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV, on-site laboratory testing, partner notification and support, and much more.

Monkeypox Vaccination Update

Adelaide Sexual Health Centre is providing Monkeypox vaccination.

If you are interested in having Monkeypox vaccination, please call the clinic on 7117 2800 and register for a call back by a vaccination triage nurse. Our triage nurse will determine when you can be offered the vaccination. If you are eligible in the first round, you will be offered the next available vaccination appointment. More appointments will become available soon.

Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus) Adelaide Sexual Health Centre has changed the way we operate.

  • The clinic is now able to offer face to face appointments. Call (08) 71172800 to speak to a nurse to book and appointment.
  • Before booking your appointment please complete the AM I OK self-assessment tool. If you are advised to seek care elsewhere, you will be given options at the end of the self-assessment.
  • As a healthcare centre, we have a legal requirement to operate the mySAGOV QR check-in system. For more information see the COVID-19 page.
