Family Advisory Clinic at Noarlunga Hospital
Noarlunga Hospital (NH) offers a public service for medical and surgical terminations for women who are less than 12 weeks pregnant. Women see a nurse and doctor in the morning, and then return two days later to complete their procedure.
NH Social Work provides counselling for women to explore their feelings related to an unplanned or unwanted pregnancy and their options.
Appointments are limited. Our service is only accessible through self referral.
Medicare – no cost
Non-Medicare – approximate $2,000 (payable on or before day of procedure)

Women must make booking themselves.
GPs can assist by ordering pathology - blood group, haemoglobin and urine chlamydia test.
Please forward copies to FAU Clinic Noarlunga Hospital (IMVS Laboratories preferred).
