Wellbeing SA has developed these Strength for Life exercise videos to assist older adults in maintaining their strength, balance and fitness at home.
It is important for us to take care of our health and wellbeing every day, particularly during these uncertain times.
Dr James Muecke, Australian of the Year 2020 and Chair Sight for All, talks about the importance of looking after our health and wellbeing and introduces some of the key themes of our new Wellbeing SA Healthy Living videos.
These videos will be uploaded over the coming months and will focus on topics including how to stay active while at home, eating well and taking care of our mental health.
