Outpatient services may include:

- Chronic disease management – for example, diabetes monitoring
- Prevention and education services – counselling or lifestyle advisors
SA Health offers a wide variety of outpatient services at major hospitals, GP Plus or community based clinics. To find out where these services are located, see our outpatient clinics lists.
Services in country hospitals may differ from those in metropolitan hospitals. For more information about country outpatient services, country patients should contact their General Practitioner, or local hospital or community health service.
