The Northern Adelaide Neurology Clinical Trials Unit based at the Lyell McEwin Hospital offers clinical trials to patients in such specialty areas as but not limited to:
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Stroke
The Lyell McEwin Hospital Neurology Department participates in local and multicentre investigator driven trials as well international multi-centre clinical trials.
Information for patients
The Neurology research team is located within the Neurology Department and is dedicated to delivering a high standard of clinical research within a team of medical, nursing and allied health staff. The team is highly experienced and values the holistic patient care that clinical trials make available to their patients. The team respects patients right to consent to participate and do not discriminate those that choose not to participate if they so choose.
