Becoming a Volunteer with Flinders and Upper North Local Health
The volunteers within the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN) are an integral part of our health services.
Our volunteers generously give their time to support the needs of our patients, provide essential services and enhance the comfort and wellbeing of patients and their loved ones.
We have a variety of volunteer groups and activities within our hospitals and health services, and always welcome new volunteers who would like to join us!
There are many benefits of volunteering at FUNLHN including:
As a FUNLHN volunteer, you will be supported at every step of the way by our Volunteer Coordinators. We ensure that you have the skills needed to work safely by providing the appropriate training.
We also ensure your experience is a rewarding one and provide recognition and fun experiences such as service award events, morning teas and Christmas functions. Every FUNLHN volunteer also receives a complimentary FUNLHN Volunteer polo top!
